Retention: Category A and B data is retained as long as the user has an account with us.

Data Minimization:

In accordance with CPPA enforcement guidance effective March 2024, we collect and use only the minimum personal data necessary for each stated purpose. We do not request additional information beyond what is required to process your consumer rights requests.

Verification Process:

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information for verification purposes.
