Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Please note:
- Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Handmade and small-batch products may occasionally require additional preparation time to ensure quality.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Priority/Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we will do our best to assist with carrier claims or tracking issues, we cannot guarantee carrier performance or delivery timelines.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and products.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on destination regulations. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped.
