How your subscription works

  • Automatic deliveries: Your subscription renews automatically based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout until you cancel.

  • Recurring payments: Your payment method is charged for each scheduled order. Your subscription price and any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.

  • Separate checkout required: Each subscription plan must be set up and purchased separately. Please place a separate order for each subscription and for any one-time purchases.

  • Subscriptionquantities and savings: There’s no limit to the number of items you can include in your subscription. Discounts are based on the total number of items in your subscription at the time of shipping. Reducing your item count may reduce the discount you receive on that order and subsequent orders.

  • Manage your subscription: Update your product selections, delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment information through your subscription account.

  • Skip, pause, or cancel: Need a little extra time between deliveries? Skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel by the change deadline below.

  • Make changes before renewal: Changes, skips, pauses, and cancellations must be submitted at least 10 days before your next billing date to apply to that order.

  • Orders already processed: Changes or cancellations apply to future deliveries. Orders that have already processed are subject to our regular cancellation and return policies.

  • Discounts and promotions: Subscription savings apply to eligible products only. Additional promotional codes cannot be applied to subscription orders.

  • Product availability: Product selections are subject to availability. If a selected product becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you about your options before sending a replacement.
